If your selections come in under the allowance, you'll receive a credit. If they exceed it, we'll discuss the difference before proceeding.
About Provisional Sums (PS)
A Provisional Sum of $1,500 has been included for work where the full scope or cost cannot be determined until works are underway — for example, uncovering concealed plumbing, structural conditions, or items requiring specialist assessment on site. The PS is our best estimate based on current information. Once the actual scope is confirmed during construction, the cost will be adjusted up or down accordingly, and you will be notified before any additional work proceeds.
