Builder Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Builder Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Ready2Build platform as a licensed building professional. By subscribing to Ready2Build, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Builder Qualifications

To use Ready2Build, you must:

• Hold a valid building license in your jurisdiction
• Maintain current public liability insurance
• Maintain current workers compensation insurance
• Comply with all local building codes and regulations
• Provide proof of qualifications upon request

3. Subscription Plans

Starter Plan:

• Access to lead marketplace
• Purchase individual leads
• Basic proposal generation tools
• Standard support

Pro Plan:

• 48-hour priority access to new leads
• Advanced proposal templates
• Enhanced profile visibility
• Priority support

4. Lead Purchases

When you purchase a lead:

• You receive exclusive access to the homeowner's project details
• You commit to providing a proposal within 7 business days
• The homeowner's contact information becomes available
• The purchase is final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
• You must not share lead information with other builders

5. Builder Obligations

As a Ready2Build builder, you agree to:

• Respond to homeowner inquiries within 24 hours
• Provide accurate, transparent pricing
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Honor all quoted prices and timelines
• Complete projects to industry standards
• Resolve any disputes in good faith
• Keep your profile information current
• Report any safety concerns immediately

6. Proposal Requirements

All proposals must include:

• Detailed scope of work
• Itemized pricing breakdown
• Project timeline with key milestones
• Payment schedule
• Warranty information
• Terms and conditions

7. Platform Fees

Ready2Build charges subscription fees and lead purchase fees as outlined in your plan. All fees are exclusive of GST where applicable. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Lead purchases are charged at the time of claim.

8. Quality Standards

Ready2Build monitors builder performance including response times, proposal quality, customer satisfaction, and project completion rates. Builders who consistently fail to meet quality standards may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

9. Direct Contracting

All construction contracts are directly between you and the homeowner. Ready2Build is not a party to these contracts and assumes no liability for project execution, disputes, or outcomes.

10. Confidentiality

You must maintain the confidentiality of all homeowner information obtained through Ready2Build. This information may only be used for the purpose of providing renovation services and must not be shared with third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you must complete all accepted projects and may not access new leads. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ready2Build harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your work, including but not limited to construction defects, safety violations, or breach of contract with homeowners.
