4. User Responsibilities

Builders agree to:

5. Platform Role and Limitations

Ready2Build acts as a marketplace platform connecting homeowners and builders. We do not perform construction work, guarantee project outcomes, or assume responsibility for the quality of work performed by builders. All contractual relationships for renovation work are directly between homeowners and builders.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms include:

• Builder subscription fees are charged monthly or annually
• Lead purchase fees are non-refundable once a lead is claimed
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Ready2Build platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ready2Build and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated designs remain the property of the homeowner who commissioned them.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Share account credentials with others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Ready2Build is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to project delays, cost overruns, or quality issues with construction work.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between homeowners and builders should first be addressed directly between the parties. Ready2Build may provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to resolve disputes or provide refunds for contracted work.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
