2. How Ready2Build Works

Our process includes:

• Builder Pack: Complete project details (budget, timeline, goals)
• Matching: We connect you with a qualified local builder
• Proposal: Review detailed quotes from your matched builder
• Project: Work directly with your builder on the renovation

3. No Cost to Homeowners

Ready2Build is free for homeowners. We do not charge homeowners to use our AI design tools, receive builder matches, or access proposals. All platform costs are covered by builder subscriptions.

4. Builder Selection

Ready2Build matches you with builders based on:

• Your location and project requirements
• Builder qualifications, licenses, and insurance
• Builder availability and capacity
• Platform quality metrics

While we vet all builders, we do not guarantee project outcomes or builder performance. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence.

5. Proposals and Contracts

When reviewing builder proposals:

• Read all terms, conditions, and pricing carefully
• Ask questions before accepting
• Verify all inclusions and exclusions
• Understand the payment schedule
• Review warranty and insurance coverage

All construction contracts are directly between you and the builder. Ready2Build is not a party to these contracts.

6. AI Design Visualizations

Our AI design tool:

• Is not a substitute for professional design services
• May not reflect exact materials, colors, or finishes
• Does not guarantee buildability or compliance
• Should be verified by your builder before construction

7. Your Responsibilities

• Pay builders according to your contract
• Provide reasonable site access
• Report any concerns to both the builder and Ready2Build
• Maintain open communication throughout the project

8. Platform Role and Limitations

Ready2Build is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections but do not:

• Perform construction work
• Supervise or manage projects
• Guarantee project timelines or budgets
• Assume liability for builder performance
• Provide project insurance or warranties
• Act as a dispute resolution service

9. Disputes with Builders

If issues arise during your project, first work directly with your builder to resolve them. If necessary, you may contact Ready2Build for guidance, but we cannot force resolutions or provide refunds for contracted work. Consider mediation or legal advice for serious disputes.

10. Privacy and Data

When you submit a project, your information is shared with your matched builder. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Quality Assurance

We monitor builder performance and may remove builders who consistently underperform. However, this does not guarantee perfect outcomes. Always verify builder credentials and consider independent inspections.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ready2Build is not liable for any damages arising from construction work, including delays, cost overruns, defects, or disputes. Our role is limited to facilitating connections between homeowners and builders.
